Directions (We are in a cell service "dead" zone, so if you have questions call before you leave Newport). From Portland: take Interstate 5 south to the OR-34 (EXIT 228, Oregon State Univ.) Turn right (west) towards Lebanon/Corvallis. OR-34 merges with US 20. Continue west to Newport. Turn left (south) on US 101. Continue south on US 101 about 6 miles south of the Yaquina bridge. Slow down as you pass 143rd street. Look for the "Ona Beach Bed and Breakfast" and "Private Driveway" signs just before 144th street, and turn left into our driveway. (See "When you arrive:" below). From Waldport we are six miles north. Slow down as you pass 148th street and prepare to turn right into our driveway just beyond 144th street ( look for the "Ona Beach Bed and Breakfast" and "Private Driveway" signs). (See "When you arrive:" below). |

When you arrive: As you enter our driveway, stay to the left of the fence (or you'll be visiting our neigbors up the hill!) For the Guest Room, the "front" door is in the back (away from the ocean). So drive up the driveway between fence and the big house - yellow arrow below - and park in the level area at the top ("STOP" sign). It's a tight turn coming back down so if you're driving an oversize vehicle you'll want to park down below in front of the garage door. |
For the Bunkhouse, turn left in front of the main house and park anywhere in front of the Bunkhouse - yellow arrow below. Feel free to pull all the way up to the wall. |

FIRM POLICY: Non-smokers only! This is a "No Smoking Anywhere" Inn. Any party that includes smokers will be turned away and the reservation will be considered cancelled (cancellation charges will apply). Violators will incur a special cleaning fee of $500. (We're sorry but we don't have enough rooms and facilities to set aside. Unfortunately, even if you smoke outside, the smell is carried in on your clothes and hair, besides permeating all of your belongings!) |
