<~ The B&B (at right in the photo) consists of one exclusive, luxurious suite (The Guest Room). You have our undivided attention, as you are our only guests in the main house. You also have full access to the "common" areas of the house (below). We serve a gourmet, full breakfast with premium coffee in the ocean view loft (top of the staircase below). The Bunkhouse (at left in photo above) is a separate, fully equipped guest house with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, fireplace, spa and full kitchen (Native American & Western decor). The rooms are rented separately (common facilities are shared). We provide a full breakfast. FIRM POLICY: Non-smokers only! This is a "No Smoking Anywhere" Inn. Any party that includes smokers will be turned away and the reservation will be considered cancelled (cancellation charges will apply). Violators will incur a special cleaning fee of $500. (We're sorry but we don't have enough rooms and facilities to set aside. Unfortunately, even if you smoke outside, the smell is carried in on your clothes and hair, besides permeating all of your belongings!)
